Our Cleaning Method

We use a specialised water-based cleaning process, not traditional dry cleaning. Every dress is carefully assessed before cleaning to ensure the safest and most effective approach is used.

Most dresses

Covers most standard wedding dresses with moderate wear. Each dress is assessed individually — we provide a guided estimate upfront and confirm final pricing once we can fully evaluate the work required.

Heavily soiled or complex gowns

Up to R1 500

Do you remove all stains?

We do our absolute best — though some stains (red wine, alcohol, oil-based marks) may lighten rather than disappear entirely. We'll always be honest about what to expect.

Can you clean dresses not bought from you?

Yes, absolutely. We care for dresses from any boutique or designer.

Do you offer repairs?

Minor repairs can be discussed during the assessment — we'll let you know what's possible and what we'd recommend.
