1. One-on-One Bridal Appointments
Perfect for brides wanting a private, calm, curated experience with expert guidance.
Appointment slots are available during the week and Saturdays.

2. Wednesday Open Days (Free)
A relaxed, walk-in bridal shopping session.
Try on up to 3 gowns with assistance when you need it.

3. Saturday Open Day Sessions (Free)
Held from 10:30–12:30 (both this Saturday and next Saturday fall within the sale window).
- Free to attend
- No booking required
- First come, first served
Good to Know
- During free sessions, you may try on up to 3 dresses, to ensure fairness and flow for all brides.
- During paid private appointments, you may try on as many gowns as time allows (unless you have booked an express fitting).
- You may try on any gown, new arrivals, sale gowns, studio samples, preloved dresses and hires.
If the gown qualifies for a Black Friday offer, you automatically receive that special price.

- DISCONTINUED studio samples are available to buy-only (because their sale price is extremely low)
- Veils and shawls are also included in our Black Friday special.
3. Up to 80% Off Studio Samples
For our biggest savings of the year, we have a large selection of studio samples will be on a Massive Markdown: up to 80% off.
- Many will be buy-only because the pricing is lower than a standard hire would be.
- Selected styles will still be available to hire, depending on condition and suitability.
- Preloved dresses are not included in any Black Friday offer.

How to Qualify for Black Friday Specials
To keep things smooth and fair for everyone:
✔ Shop between 19–30 November
All bookings, walk-ins, and open days must fall within the sale window.
✔ Pay in full by 30 November
Black Friday prices are only secured with full payment.
✔ All payments must clear by 30 November
No EFTs pending, no late clears.
✔ Refund Policy
Studio samples & off-the-floor gowns:
- No refunds or returns.
New orders:
- A one-week buyer’s remorse period applies only if the gown has not yet been ordered from the supplier.
- Once a gown is ordered, a refund is no longer possible.
We’ll always assist where we can, but this is not always feasible.

How to Prepare for Your Visit
- Wear nude/light underwear (dark underwear can show through).
- Bring a strapless bra if you have one (optional).
- Bring a few inspiration photos (optional).
- If you’re shopping a free Open Day:
- Arrive early for the widest selection
- Expect waiting times, as fittings run on a first-come, first-served basis. This business is run by the owner, Meliza and she will honour each client who comes in, one at a time. If you would prefer to be seen promptly, please rather book a private fitting.
